Delete account

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. You may need to sign in again to confirm ownership.

If you cannot access the app, email mersasgrup@gmail.com with the subject “Sudoku 1000 account deletion” from the email associated with your account. We may ask for information to verify ownership. Never send a password.

Deletion removes your server account, profile, game sessions and leaderboard records. Clear app data to remove locally stored progress. Store transaction records follow Apple/Google retention requirements. Deleting an account does not refund a purchase.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel separately in the Subscriptions section of your Apple or Google store account.
